Deutscher Krebskongress 2018 (German Cancer Congress)

The Deutscher Krebskongress (German Cancer Congress) is the largest and oldest congress covering cancer diagnostics and therapy in German-speaking countries. The 33rd German Cancer Congress will take place from February 21 to 24, 2018, in Berlin, CityCube (entrance Jafféstraße).

Congress President 2018

Congress President is Prof. Dr. Thomas Wiegel, Medical Director of the Clinic for Radiation Therapy and Radiooncology at the University Hospital Ulm.

Organisation

Since 1951, the Deutscher Krebskongress (German Cancer Congress) has been organised by the Deutsche Krebsgesellschaft (German Cancer Society). In 2018, the event will be hosted by both the Deutsche Krebsgesellschaft (German Cancer Society) and the Stiftung Deutsche Krebshilfe (German Cancer Aid) for the third time. Both institutions are bringing their experts and expertise, along with many other relevant specialists in this multifaceted and complex field of oncological patient care, to the congress.
